Shipping Policy – Footloose SA

Thank you for shopping with Footloose SA. This page explains how we ship orders within South Africa, in clear terms that meet Google’s transparency standards.

1) Where we ship

We deliver to all areas in South Africa. Deliveries are made by reputable national couriers.

Note: Some rural/remote (“grey”) areas may require an additional surcharge or longer transit times. If this applies, we’ll let you know before dispatch for approval.

2) Order processing times

  • Standard handling time: 2–3 business days.

  • No processing, shipping, or delivery on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience high order volumes or stock checks, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.

3) Delivery timelines

Typical courier transit after dispatch is 1–4 business days, depending on location and courier routes. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

4) Shipping fees

  • Free shipping on orders of R2000 or more.

  • Flat rate: R99 on orders under R2000.

  • All prices are in ZAR and include VAT.

5) Shipment confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your parcel in real time on the courier’s website.

6) Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect details. Re-delivery fees (if any) may apply.

7) Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing/incorrect, email sales@footloosesa.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the parcel and contents.

  • We’ll arrange a solution (replacement, exchange, or refund per our Returns Policy).

8) Undeliverable packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., repeated failed delivery, wrong address, uncollected), we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional courier fees may apply.

9) What we don’t do

  • We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.

  • We don’t deliver to PO Boxes (courier requirement).
