1. Do you ship outside of South Africa?

No, we currently only ship orders within South Africa.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free for orders over R2000.

  • A flat rate of R99 applies to orders under R2000.

3. When will my order be delivered?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

4. What is your order cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+02:00) from Monday to Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders after that will be processed the next business day.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in new condition with original packaging.

7. Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes. A free return label is included in the package for all eligible returns. You won’t be charged any restocking fees.

8. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we accept exchanges. Simply follow the return process, and we’ll send out your replacement item at no extra cost once your return is approved.

9. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
