Footloose SA – Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Our Commitment

We aim to provide quality products and fair service in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) and other applicable South African laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
The item must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, or order confirmation).

3. Sale and Discounted Items

  • No refunds will be issued for products purchased on sale or at a discount.

  • Exchanges for sale or discounted products are allowed within the 14-day return period, subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (for eligible items) are processed on the Monday following the return, once the product has been inspected and approved by our Quality Control team.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. Courier fees will be deducted from refund.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement item is of a different value, you may need to pay the difference or receive store credit for the balance.

  • Courier costs:

    • If the exchange is due to a defective product or an incorrect item sent by Footloose SA, we will cover the courier costs.

    • If the exchange is due to reasons such as wrong size, fit, or personal preference, courier costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email sales@footloosesa.co.za with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, send your return to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
